This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for ApprovePost subscriptions purchased through Paddle checkout. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid ApprovePost subscriptions (monthly and annual plans). All transactions are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

2. Billing Summary

  • Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
  • Invoices, tax handling, and payment receipts are provided by Paddle.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription from account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period unless otherwise required by law.
  • After cancellation, no new renewal charges will be made.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, taking into account this policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer protection law.

We may approve a refund for reasons such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental duplicate charge.
  • Technical failure that prevented access to paid features and could not be resolved in a reasonable time.
  • Incorrect charge caused by a billing system error.

Unless required by law, we generally do not issue prorated refunds for partial use of an active billing period after cancellation.

  • A short description of the issue.

6. Chargebacks
